How we handle your data

1. Who we are

MyLearningHub is operated by Sequoia, an Abundant Impact Company. For data-related queries you may contact us via abundant-impact.com.

2. What personal data we collect

When a facilitator creates a time-bound access session through the unlock form, we collect:

• Name — the facilitator or client name entered in the form (optional field).
• Email address — the contact email entered in the form (optional field).

Participant end-users who access the hub via a QR code or token link do not submit any personal data to our server. No analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts are loaded by this service.

3. Why we collect it

The name and email address are collected solely to create and manage a time-bound access session. This allows us to identify the session owner, provide session confirmation, and assist with any support request relating to that session. No data is used for marketing without separate consent.

4. How it is stored

Session records — including name and email — are stored in a SQLite database on our server. Access to this database is restricted to authorised system processes only. Your personal data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.

5. Retention

Session data is retained for up to 30 days after session expiry, after which it is deleted from our active database.

6. Your rights under Malaysia's PDPA 2010

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal, and the associated session will be terminated upon request.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at abundant-impact.com. We will respond within 21 days as required by the PDPA.

7. Cookies

We set a single session cookie (mylearninghub_access) on your device after a valid access link is opened. This cookie is strictly necessary to maintain your session and expires when the access window ends. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. No third-party cookies are set.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of MyLearningHub after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
